by Sometimes in excel, we have certain requirement to freeze a section as header, so that when you scroll down, the header section does not go away. To freeze rows, follow the below steps:
- Go to left hand side of the excel where row numbers are mentioned. Press Ctrl and select as many rows you want to freeze. Selected rows are highlighted with greens.
- Go to View.
- Click on Freeze Panes drop down.
- Select Freeze Panes.
