Let’s say we have the below table containing the number of different dress items Shipped and Delivered.
Now for yellow coat the delivery count has been the same as blue shirt. So we can fill the data from C4 to C5 by first selecting the cell C5 and press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+D.
Now the Shipped and Delivery count became the same for Black coat and Blue jeans. So we can use the same technique by selecting the cells B3 & C3 and press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+D to copy the value from B2 & C2 to B3 & C3.
Using the mentioned keyboard shortcuts we can copy the data from the upper cell to adjacent lower cell. This process is applicable for a single cell or for multiple consecutive cells.
